2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has been arrayed as A1 and remanded to judicial custody on 19.06.2019 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram in Crime No.7 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b) 417, 376, 506(i) IPC. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
