Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to it may consider the petitioner`s ill health condition and judicial custody is only reason for his inability to comply the one of the condition and this Hon`ble Court may modify the order with respect to appearance before the respondent in Crl.O.P.No. 11469/2021 order dated 05.07.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHARANI KASINATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.11469 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
