ORDER

This review application has been filed seeking to review paragraph 3 of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16854 of 2014 dated 13.03.2023.

2.The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioner mainly contended that in the event of raising demand to collect arrears of subscription of charges, if any, the petitioner must be issued with a notice.

3.It is needless to state that demand notice is to be issued for recovery of arrears of subscription charges, if any, to be paid by the petitioner. 4.With this clarification, the review application stands disposed of. No costs.
