Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records in Complaint No.97 of 2025 and to quash the resolution dated 04.09.2025 as illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice, and to consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the name of the 2nd respondent from the roll of he 1st respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There will be no order as to costs.
