J U D G M E N T

The appellants have preferred this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, challenging the award, dated 14/7/2003, passed in M.C.O.P.No.53 of 2000, by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunalcum-Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 21/4/2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, this Court had directed the Registry to post this matter, under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the caption "For Dismissal" on 21/4/2022. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence this Court is of the view that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter anymore.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
