ORDER

This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 464 days in filing restoration CMA.No.104 of 2021, which was dismissed by this Court for non prosecution on 22.12.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents raised objection for allowing restoring petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned and accordingly, the petition is ordered only on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to other side on or before 26.08.2025. 5.Post the matter on 26.08.2025.
