Crl.M.P.No.8347 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8396 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8396 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Old Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8396 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
