O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to set aside the order of dismissal, dated 10.08.2010 passed in I.A.No.59 of 2010 in O.S.No. 15 of 2008, by the Sub Judge, Perambalur and allow the I.A.No.59 of 2010 in O.S.No.15 of 2008 by allowing the above Civil Revision. 2.It is seen that the sole respondent had dead way back in the year 2014.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is unable to contact his client to get the details about the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

4.Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
