This application is filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 10.07.2017 made in A.No.1529 of 2017 attaching the immovable properties morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. It is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that pursuant to the order of attachment the matter was settled by the respondents. In view of the above settlement, the attachment is unnecessary.
