3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein.

4. In view of the above submission made by both the learned counsel, nothing survives in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is closed. No costs.
