Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records relating to the investigation in crime No.9/2014, dt.30.01.2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent and submitted to the Special Court (LGC), Villupuram and to quash the same in so far as the same is against the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the investigation in crime No.9/2014, dt.30.01.2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent and submitted to the Special Court (LGC), Villupuram and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that though the first respondent completed enquiry and filed final report, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram and yet to take cognizance.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR and this petition is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate-I, Villupuram is directed to take cognizance in respect of the final report filed in Cr.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
