Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to measure the property of petitioner comprised in Natham Survey Number 34 / 3 situated at ward No. 4 Palaniyapuri Village Pethanaickenpalayam taluk Salem and mutate his name in the patta bearing Number 197 by considering his representation dated 29.6.2020.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.06.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the property and to add his name in the patta.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 16.11.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the necessary documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the entire process and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
