This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10240 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvallur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.00 p.m, until further orders.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in PRC.No.1 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District and the case now stands posted on 13.07.2023.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10240 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District on all working days till 13.07.2023 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
