This is an amendment petition.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.84 of 2015 dated 22.01.2015, this Court granted anticipatory bail.

3. Mistakenly the offence has been mentioned as Section 420 of IPC instead of Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and Crime No.Not Known of 2014 instead of Crime No.1002 of 2014 and the same are required to be amended.

4.(i) Petition allowed.

(ii) In the cause title the order dated 22.01.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.84 of 2015, Crime No.Not Known of 2014 shall be read as Crime No.1002 of 2014.

(iii) In paragraph 2 of the order, offences under Section 420 of IPC shall be read as Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

(iv) Petitioner shall execute the bail bond within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this amendment order as per order, dated 22.01.2015.

(v) The amendment shall be carried out in the original order dated 22.01.2015.

(vi) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.
