COMMON ORDER The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.Nos.4619 and 4620 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court-I, Chennai. He has filed the present petitions to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the bailable warrants issued in C.C.Nos.4619/2012 and 4620/2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would contend that the accused appeared before the Fast Track Court, No.I, Egmore, Chennai and the bailable warrant pending against him was also recalled.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
