Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the seventh respondent herein to conduct re-survey in the petitioner's land bearing Survey No.84/4, 155/1B to an extent of 90 cents situated at Meliruppu Village, Keezhiruppu Post, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District for sub-division and fix the boundaries by erecting the survey stone to an extent of 30 cents and issue patta by considering her representation dated 07.01.2015.

ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Sivagnanasambandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 8.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.01.2015, which was acknowledged by the respondents on 08.01.2015, wherein the petitioner seeks for re-survey of her property for sub-division and fix the boundaries by erecting the survey stone to an extent of 30 cents and issue patta to her.

3. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against respondents 9 to 12 in this writ petition nor in her representation dated 07.01.2015 are not gone into and left open to be decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the seventh respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.01.2015 after issuing notice to the private parties, viz., respondents 9 to 12 and pass appropriate orders on the same, as expeditiously as possible.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
