Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.14994 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019. 2.Mrs.K.Deivanayagi, Assistant Divisional Engineer, Highways, Cuddalore District and Mr.R.Prakash, Tahsildar, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District are present in the Court and they have also submitted that the orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petition has been complied with. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has also filed a compliance report dated 19.04.2021, which is also taken on record. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
