WMP.Nos.16900 and 16902 of 2023 are ordered for the reasons set out therein and as there is no serious objection putforth by the learned Government Advocate.

2.Time granted under original order dated 10.08.2022 is four (4) weeks for filing of appeal.

The petitioner is granted four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file appeals, and if filed as aforesaid, such appeals shall be entertained by the first appellate authority without limitation, but ensuring compliance of statutory condition including pre-condition.
