O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to implead the petitioner as a party in the proceedings initiated by the respondents 3 to 8 before the first respondent.

2. Mr.Arul doss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents submitted that the petitioner has been called for an enquiry by the first respondent on 27.11.2020 at 03.00 P.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and also to the other private parties at the time of enquiry and shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
