Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and enlarge the petitioner on bail in S.C.No.306 of 2013 on the file of VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai order dated 05.03.2018 pending the above Criminal Appeal No.187/2018. [IN CRL.MP.NO.8143 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAKRISHNAN M.V., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. G.RAMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is the third petition seeking suspension of sentence and bail.

2. It is seen that the petitioner/accused had poured kerosene on the deceased and set fire to her. She has also given a dying declaration, despite which, the Trial Court has convicted the accused under Section 304-I IPC and sentenced him to undergo 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default, to undergo 6 months Simple Imprisonment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. There is no change in the factual situation warranting grant of bail. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
