ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the respondent to register a case, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.03.2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner when approached one V.C.Gandhi, councillor of the area to fetch her a job, he misbehaved and hence, she preferred a complaint, dated 26.03.2015 before the respondent police. Since no action was taken on the complaint, the present petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that there is no co-operation for the enquiry on the side of the petitioner and the notice sent to her given address was also returned.

5. On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondent to peruse the allegations in the complaint, dated 26.03.2015 and if any cognizable offence is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made out, further directed to register the case and proceed as per law. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on 27.06.2016.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
