WP No. 24534 of 2018:- Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in his proceedings in TIN No. 33702880849/2012-13 and quash the impugned order dated 26.04.2018 passed therein and further direct the respondent to keep the further proceedings in abeyance till the disposal of Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2905 of 2018.
