ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that in the present case, the prosecution witnesses have not yet been examined before the trial Court and now, the case in S.C.No.57 of 2016 has been posted to 23.08.2023, for examination of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
