Heard Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, who submitted that in similar batch of writ appeals in W.A.Nos.1682, 1693, 1684, 1688, 1674, 1679, 1675, 1680, 1689, 1683 & 1692 of 2023, the Division Bench (S.V.G., CJ. & P.D.A., J.) of this Court has granted an order of interim stay. Therefore, the learned counsel sought to extend the same benefit to these appellants as well.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and also following the earlier order as referred to above, there shall be an order of interim stay, till the next date of hearing.
