Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned proceedings and notice of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A4/4504/2013 dated 25.10.2013 to a portion of conducting enquiry to decide the validity and cancellation of the unconditional settlement deeds dated 08.09.2010 executed by the second respondent herein in and favour of the petitioner's minor sons namely 1.Chandrakumar 2.Sanjay Kumar vide registered document No.1237 and 1233 at the sub registrar office at Kammapuram.
