ORDER

This Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.603 of 2021 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tiruppur and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

TR CMP.No.666 of 2022 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

Jvm transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, for being tried along with the Suit in O.S.No.90/2020 jointly.

2. Since both the Suits are instituted at Tiruppur, the Transfer Application for joint trial has to be filed before the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur. Since the transfer of the Suit has been sought for joint trial of other Suit in the same district, the petitioner has to approach the District Court concerned. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application for transfer before the District Court concerned.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
