This petition is filed to bring the legal heir of the deceased Nallathambhi (1st respondent in the second appeal) namely Gowtham Senthil Varman, the 3rd respondent herein and rank him as 4th in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
