O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 22.06.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.846 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.126 of 2020 in Crime No.402 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur Taluk Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.846 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.126 of 2020 is modified. Hence, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court/Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
