The petitioner herein arrayed as 6th accused in Crime No.570 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police has been taken into custody on his voluntary surrender on 15.09.2022.

2. The prosecution has completed the investigation and filed final report for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 364, 342, 120(B) & 302 IPC.

3. It is a case of murder due to previous enmity. From the records this Court finds that it is a retaliated incident to wreak vengeance of earlier incident, where A3 in this case was attacked by the deceased.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State submitted that the case is listed on 19.06.2023 for framing of charges. 5.
