ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned.

This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this Court may pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3, from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property, situated at Plot No.4, comprised in Survey No.1/1A2A, Patta No.4391, as per Patta Survey No.1/544, in VGP Golden Sea View Part-III in 142, Palavakkam Village, Sholinghanallur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft., by the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that a Civil Suit, in O.S.No.778 of 2012, had been filed on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur, against the fourth respondent, praying for a decree of permanent injunction and in the Interlocutory Application filed in I.A.No.1905 of 2012, along with the suit, an interim order had also been passed by the Civil Court, in favour of the petitioner. While so, the second and the third respondents have been attempting to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in question by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition, before this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, Mr. R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, had submitted, on instructions, that the said respondents would not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in question, by the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 also stands closed.
