JUDGMENT

(delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when this writ appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal on the ground that the respondent has 1/3

availed Samadhan Scheme and has also settled the arrears based upon the said Scheme. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, besides producing a copy of the letter dated 28.02.2024 addressed to him by the appellant to the same effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also the letter addressed to him by the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, sans costs. Connected C.M.P. stands closed.
