These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed praying to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased appellants respectively in W.A.No.478 of 2020 and W.A.No.872 of 2021 as appellants in W.A.No.478 of 2020 and W.A.No.872 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/proposed appellants.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly the petitions are ordered. The proposed appellants in C.M.P.Nos.12104 & 12107 of 2024 are respectively impleaded as appellants 2 to 4 in W.A.No.478 of 2020 and appellants 2 and 3 in W.A.No.872 of 2021.
