Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2019 and thereby direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service from 10.11.2017 with all consequential monetary and other service benefits and pass orders.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the state of admission itself.
2. The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2019 and thereby direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service from 10.11.2017 with all 1/3
consequential monetary and other service benefits
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer on 12.06.2010 and he was involved in a criminal case. A complaint was lodged against the petitioner and registered under the Prevention of the Corruption Act 1988. Thereafter he was placed under suspension on 11.11.2017, but till date suspension was not revoked. Therefore the petitioner made a representation on 2.05.2018 to the respondents to revoke the suspension and reinstate the petitioner but till date the respondent did not consider his representation. Hence the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 2.05.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass order on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Mr. A.N. Thambidurai, Special Government Pleader for the respondents agreed to dispose of the representation dated 2.05.2018 submitted by the petitioner within a reasonable time.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances and the limited request made by the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 2.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
