O R D E R

The prayer of the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2019 in accordance with law and direct the 4th respondent not to conduct Election for ZA 112 -Koradachery Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society (Credit), Koradachery, Thiruvarur District until removal of dead members for the voters list.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the election has already been held and the results were declared. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
