Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to recommend the name of the petitioner (Roll No.12TE23156583) for appointment as Graduate Assistant (Mathematics) and further directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Graduate Assistant (Mathematics) pursuant to the petitioner qualifying in TNTET and completing Certificate Verification (CV No.2034/6.9.2013) in accordance with his turn and to grant him all consequential benefits.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, petitioner had been provisionally selected by the Teacher Recruitment Board vide its proceedings in RC.No.3720/TET/B4/2013 dated 10.02.2014 and produced the copy of the same.

2.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication further in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
