This Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying a direction to register the complaint dated 20.03.2015
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the settlement deed was executed in favour of the petitioner's first wife namely, Panchalai, to enjoy the property and knowing fully well, she sold the property and therefore action has to be taken.
