A case and case in counter registered by the respondent police in Crime Nos.115 & 116 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024. The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.116 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 & 324 IPC is before this Court to quash the First Information Report.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that there is a case and case in counter been registered and under investigation. On completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer will file final report based on the out come of the investigation by following the Police Standing Order 566. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
