Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tindivanam, Villupuram district on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending revision imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.1259 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SEKAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 09.12.2015 in MP.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.1259 of 2015 and by which this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the court below on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m pending the revision case.

2. When this petition came up for hearing on 21.07.2017, this court directed the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) to verify whether the petitioner is continuously complying with said condition and report before this Court.

3. Mr.R.Sekar, learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side) today, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition as directed by this Court by an order dated 09.12.2015.
