Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Letter No.HRS.S.PR.CON dated 6.11.14 and the 2nd respondent in CBE Admin dt 9.11.15 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the legality and validity of the order dated 6th November 2014 confirmed by the second respondent on 9th November 2015, whereunder, the petitioner was removed from service on the ground that he has misrepresented by producing a false community certificate.

The genuineness and veracity of the community certificate is under examination as directed by this Court in W.P.No. 34491 of 2015. Thus, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, at this stage. However, the order dated 6th November, 2014 and the consequential order dated 9th November, 2015 shall remain in abeyance till the disposal of the case by the State Level Scrutiny Committee.
