ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9303 of 2025, dated 28.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent raised objection stating that the petitioner complied with the condition only for a period of 15 days and thereafter, not appeared before the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had suffered from physical ailment, hence he was unable to comply with the condition further. He also submitted that the petitioner without prejudice to his contention is ready and willing to donate 25 bags of rice (each bag containing 25 kilograms) to any charitable trust and sough for relaxation.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the voluntary submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner regarding donation of 25 bags of rice and the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8186 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025.

The petitioner shall donate 25 bags of rice (each 2/4

containing 25 kilograms) to "Thulasi Charitable Trust", No.2, Mahalakshmi Nagar, 2nd Phase, Near 100 Feet Perumal Kovil, Hosur, Krishnagiri and the proof for the same shall be produced before the respondent police and the authorities concerned.
