Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned letter of the 1st Respondent passed vide letter No.084371/1278/G15/G-151/SC12-1, dated 05.09.2012, confirming the order of the 2nd Respondent passed vide Memo No.21471/688/Nee.P.1/U5/2011, dated 19.08.2011 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to sanction the selection grade increment to the petitioner on completion of 9 years of service with effect from 31.07.2011 and all other monetary benefits.
