By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Pursuant to the demise of her husband, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 06.02.2015 seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issuance of legal heirship certificate.
As the said representation has not been disposed of, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

Considering the above and taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner with regard to the relief sought, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2015 for issuance of legal heirship certificate and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
