ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Khurshid Begam aged 24 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondent for production of the detenue.

2. The detenue is present today. She informed us that she has since married the petitioner and expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner. The detenue is being major, we set her at liberty and she can rejoin with the petitioner, if she choses. We also enquired the 3rd respondent and his wife, who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are the parents of the detenue. The view of the detenue has been explained to the mother of the detenue in Telugu and she, in turn, informed us that she has got no objection for the detenue to go along with the petitioner.
