2. Today, Application No.2993 of 2023 has been filed. The said application is allowed.

3. The applicants are directed to take substituted service on the defendants 1 to 6 for the hearing date 24.07.2023 by publication in one issue of The Indian Express and by fixture in the last known address of the defendants as well as through Court notice.

4. Post the matter for framing of issues on 27.07.2023.
