ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition by this Court in Crl.A.No.1336 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 in Cr.No.141 of 2024, on condition that 'the appellant / accused shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, Salem on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders except on the date when he has to appear before the Trial Court" 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.A.No.1336 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, Salem on every monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders except on the date when he has to appear appear before the trial court. To relax the said condition, the

petitioner filed the present petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
