By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner made a representation on 26.08.2015 seeking issuance of patta in respect of Plot No. 37, comprised in Survey Nos. 512 and 513, Bhagavathi Nagar, Nandivaram Village, which was followed by another representation dated 28.10.2015. Despite the same, no orders have been passed as yet. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2015, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to third party, if any, within a period of six weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
