Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Miss.S.Sameeka, aged about 17 years D/o.A.Sadiq Batsha, before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and handed over to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - S.Sameeka aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the minor detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The detenue is present today. She being a major, she told us that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody. However, she has expressed her unwillingness to join the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed setting the detenue at liberty.
