2. This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of the writ petition in W.P.No.11404 of 2023 which was dismissed by this Court on 18.04.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was originally listed for admission on 17.04.2022, on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner counsel and the case was posted on 18.04.2023. On the said day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner was not aware of listing the case on 18.04.2023 and therefore the petitioner was not represented when the case was called before the Court. Hence, prays for restoration of this petition.
