This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9086 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the fourth petitioner has been arrested.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), in respect of fourth petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous and in respect of other petitioners 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
