Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenue namely, Monisha, daughter of the petitioner, aged about 17 years and handover her to the petitioner's custody.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the body of the detenue namely, Monisha, daughter of the petitioner, aged about 17 years and handover her to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's daughter is likely to be produced before the Child Welfare Committee either today or tomorrow. The accused has been remanded to judicial custody.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, giving liberty to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to approach the jurisdictional Court, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
